Liability for contents
As a service provider we are, according to general laws, responsible for our own contents on these sites, pursuant to Section 7 Para. 1 TMG. According to Sections 8 to 10 TMG we are, however, as a service provider not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third party information, or to conduct research for circumstances, which indicate an unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws, shall remain unaffected hereby. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time at which knowledge is gained of a concrete infringement of rights. If we become aware of corresponding infringements of rights we will remove these contents immediately.
