We crea­te and mana­ge the sche­du­les by uti­li­sing sup­port­i­ve pro­ject soft­ware. Con­stant moni­to­ring of sche­du­les and direct cont­act with all the par­ties invol­ved in a pro­ject enable us to react fle­xi­bly and con­ti­nuous­ly opti­mi­se the con­s­truc­tion pro­cess. Direct access to our own struc­tu­ral engi­nee­ring plan­ning and design depart­ment also enables the rapid imple­men­ta­ti­on of alter­na­ti­ve designs and con­s­truc­tion pro­ces­ses, if this is neces­sa­ry, for exam­p­le, due to chan­ged machi­nery installations.
